Kelli Henry, Customer Service Agent at Insure Forward of Bemidji, was recently awarded the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), a professional designation conferred by The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
The CISR is a nationally recognized designation program that takes a practical, hands-on approach to learning. Kelli, who has been at Insure Forward since 2023, completed the required courses and exams to earn the CISR designation.
