Bank Forward is pleased to announce the promotion of Jacie Volk and Tara Lindstrom to Customer Service Agents.

Jacie was hired as a Personal Banking Officer in our Carrington office in 2020; she also previously spent time as a Personal Banker. In addition to her Personal Banking Officer responsibilities, she will now also be working as a Customer Service Agent at Insure Forward Carrington. Originally from Jamestown, Jacie received her Business degree from Bismarck State College.

Tara Lindstrom was hired as a Personal Banker in our Bemidji office in October 2020 and has transferred to Bagley to serve as Customer Service Agent at Invest Forward. Tara has a degree in Biology from Bemidji State University.
