I began my insurance industry career in 1998 when I started at Insure Forward (formerly IPS Incorporated) in data entry before getting my insurance license and moving into customer service. In 2001, I completed my Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Elite designation. I strive to provide outstanding customer service to our clients, as well as establishing and retaining long term relationships with them.
