I have been in the insurance industry since 1980 and am currently working with commercial lines business.
My clients are extremely important to me and I do an array of things in order to meet their needs such as: getting certificates done as soon as possible, timely answers for my clients, handling their billing questions, processing endorsements when they come in, processing renewal policies and getting them out to clients before the expiration dates.
I attended college at Minnesota State University Moorhead and majored in marketing with a minor in finance. I love the variety each day presents itself with. I love my working atmosphere and the feeling that everyone matters!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children.
