Bank Forward is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Nephew to Operations Project & Services Manager and Michelle Carr to BSA Officer.

Andrew began his career with Bank Forward in 2013. In his new role as Operations Project & Services Manager, he is responsible for managing the global deposit operations related to core processing, service providers, and vendor and project management. Andrew will continue to work out of the Fargo Admin office.

Michelle has also been with the Forward team since 2013. In her new role as BSA Officer, she ensures that Bank Forward complies with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and related regulations. Michelle will continue to work out of the Carrington branch.
