My primary focus is our customers and making sure they get the best service possible. I strive to be an all-around player from consumer banking/lending/online banking to helping the commercial department set up new checking/saving/online accounts. One aspect I truly love about Bank Forward is the “team concept”—we all focus on the goal to help our customer from A-Z.
I started in the banking industry in 2012 after six years as a business sales rep for a wireless phone company. I’ve lived in Grand Forks since 2000 when I attended UND.
