Bank Forward is pleased to announce the promotion of Brooklyn McCullough to Loan Servicing Specialist and Olivia Wheeler to Digital Banking Officer.
Brooklyn is a Valley City State University graduate and joined the Bank Forward team in Valley City in 2021. In her new role as Loan Servicing Specialist, Brooklyn is responsible for performing the quality control, servicing, and reporting functions of consumer, agricultural, and commercial loans for all bank locations in compliance with bank requirements and state and federal banking regulations.
Olivia is a North Dakota State University graduate and joined the Bank Forward team in Fargo in 2024. In her new role as Digital Banking Officer, Olivia is responsible for managing, supporting, and improving Bank Forward’s online and mobile banking platforms.
