As an insurance agent, it is my job to identify risks and make sure our clients understand what coverage they have or don’t have. I have been an insurance agent for Insure Forward for more than twenty years. Prior to that, I was a teacher for three years. As a former teacher, I realized that each student learns differently and has different needs, and now as an agent, I understand the importance of making sure I educate my clients about their coverage and that I take care of their different needs. With this in mind, integrity and building a relationship with the client is very important so that a trust can be earned between both parties involved.
In 2004, I received the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. To receive this designation, I attended five courses covering all phases of insurance and passed five comprehensive exams. Additionally, the National Alliance, which is an organization committed to providing quality education to insurance agents nationwide, requires annual attendance in the program to maintain the designation.
