Bank Forward is pleased to announce the promotion of Shea Sterup to Loan Technician Manager, Jessica Huseby to Loan Processor Manager, and Alley Just to Loan Operations Officer.

Shea began her career with Bank Forward in 2019. In her new role as Loan Technician Manager, she is responsible for managing the production and performance of the loan support department and loan technicians. Shea works out of the Fargo branch.

Jessica has also been with the Forward team since 2019. In her new role as Loan Processor Manager, she is responsible for managing the production of the loan processing department and its staff. Jessica works out of the Fargo branch.

Alley works out of the Fargo Admin office and began her career with Bank Forward in 2019. In her new role as Loan Operations Officer, she is administrative support to the lending team through customer service, preparing loan documents, and maintaining loan files.
