Bank Forward and Insure Forward are pleased to announce that Tiffany Paulson and Diane Henricks have been named recipients of the 2024 Bill Brown Award, the highest honor a Forward employee can receive for outstanding service.
To be nominated, an employee must deliver a high standard of customer service or service support, go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the customer and build relationships, and/or do something that demonstrates leadership, teamwork or dedication to their community or the Forward organization.
Tiffany Paulson serves as Personal Banking Officer I at Bank Forward in Carrington and has been a part of the forward team since 2014. Tiffany’s peers had this to say about her per their nominations Tiffany’s nominators said, “Tiffany checks all the boxes for the Bill Brown Award. She is phenomenal to work with, a joy to be around, and a huge asset to Bank Forward. Her customer service skills are outstanding, and she is always going the extra mile to help people resolve any issues they may have. In the community, Tiffany is treasurer of our local Dollars for Scholars and always keeps the needs of other groups on her radar when they are fundraising or planning events. She is an instrumental part of the Carrington branch, and our success would be limited without her.”
Diane Henricks serves as a Customer Service Agent in Fargo and has been with Insure Forward since 2018. Diane’s nominators said, “Diane is an exemplary employee. She not only puts in her time, but she comes early each and every day. She is prepared, organized, and has a wealth of insurance knowledge. She has been a great resource to others for information. Diane is always available to offer suggestions that help our agency enhance procedures and increase efficiencies. She has been a true benefit to our team. She is a resource to both the CSAs and producers she works with. Her positive attitude is always noticed and appreciated. She is always willing and open to learning new things. Our agency could always use more ‘Diane’s’!”
