Insure Forward is pleased to announce the promotion of Miranda Johnson to Customer Service Representative and Brittany Jacobson to Ag Customer Service Representative.
Miranda joined the Forward team in 2025. In her new role, Miranda works in our health and benefits department in Bemidji, assisting clients with policy changes, answering billing questions, and processing claims.
Brittany has been a part of the Forward team since 2025. In her new role as an Ag Customer Service Representative, she will work at the Insure Forward office in Carrington, answering questions, implementing changes as needed, and processing claims.
