Customer Service Agent Katie Kapaun of Fargo has been awarded the 2024 Service Award for her efforts in providing exceptional client service and sales agent support.

Insurance sales agent Evan Wilcox, CIC, of Grand Forks achieved the Diamond Producer level and was recognized as the organization’s Top Producer.

Jason Bitz of Jamestown and Bemidji agents Monika Neumann, CISR, and Jennie Thomas, CIC, were recognized as Gold Producers.

Silver Producers included Steve Ondracek of Valley City, Jon Erickson, CIC, CRM, CWCA, MLIS, CRIS, of Fargo, and John Svingen of Bemidji.

Scott Johnson, CIC, CRM, of Bemidji, achieved Bronze Producer status.
