This past year has brought many challenges. The Forward Foundation’s Holiday Dinner Gift’s goal was to brighten the 2020 holiday season by helping local Fargo metro families in need enjoy a traditional holiday meal with all the fixings. Working with local schools to identify families, Power Plate Meals and Brew Bird stepped up to prepare and distribute 1,000 delicious, heat-and-serve holiday dinners this past December 22nd and 23rd. Each dinner fed four to six individuals.
“The true gift of the holiday season is sharing it with those most important to us,” said Forward Foundation President Sheri Stockmoe. “We are so grateful to Power Plate Meals, Brew Bird, and our local school counselors and social workers who helped us make this idea a reality and positively impact so many families in our community.”
