Craig Brown, Customer Service Agent at Insure Forward, recently completed the Account Manager Development program through Liberty Mutual.
The Account Manager Development Program, a comprehensive 10-week course, demanded a total of 55 hours of live training classes, 10 hours of self-study and activities, eight small group/account review case studies, and one final individual skills practice assessment.
“Completing the required coursework of the Account Manager Development Program is no small feat, and Craig did it while continuing to provide exceptional service to our customers,” says Makell Sahlberg, Customer Service Manager. “Craig is dedicated and committed to his professional development.
