Your updated contact information lets us quickly and efficiently share important Bank Forward announcements and information about your accounts.
Updating your contact information is quick and easy. You can update your contact information in two ways:
#1 Stop in or Call – You can stop in or contact your local branch to confirm your information is up to date.
#2 Login – To update your email and phone number in Bank Forward’s Digital Banking using a desktop or laptop, select Manage Profile from the menu’s Settings section. Select the accounts you wish to apply your information, update the respective data fields, and click Submit. If you have a home phone and a cell phone you want to keep on file, please get in touch with your local branch to update your phone numbers.
