Brittany works in the Valley City branch and has been with Bank Forward since 2019. As a Senior Loan Technician, Brittany provides administrative support to the lending team through customer service, preparing loan documents, and maintaining loan files.
Penny works in the New Rockford branch and has been with Bank Forward since 2003. As a Digital Banking Specialist, Penny supports Bank Forward’s online and mobile digital banking platforms to ensure a seamless user experience for clients. She assists customers and staff alike with their digital banking questions and concerns that arise.
