Bank Forward is pleased to announce the promotion of Makaela LaBrie to Deposit Quality Control Specialist and Teresa Rohloff to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Fraud Analyst.

Makaela joined the New Rockford Bank Forward team in 2022. In her new role as Deposit Quality Control Specialist, she reviews new account documentation and files maintenance changes for the deposit operations department to ensure regulations and procedures are met.

Teresa has been a part of the Jamestown Bank Forward team since 2021. In her new role as BSA Fraud Analyst, she will identify and investigate suspicious financial transactions and perform quality control reviews, monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations to ensure compliance with the requirements.
