E-Statements

Bank Forward now offers E-Statements or electronic statements, replacing your paper statement and/or notices. They include all of the information that your paper statement does, including your check images (if included with your paper statement). You can also receive any notices that you currently receive in the mail, including notices on your checking, savings, certificate, or loan accounts. You will be notified by e-mail that your statements and notices are ready in your Online Banking account to be viewed, printed, downloaded, or saved to your computer. You can also choose to receive your E-Statements as a password protected attachment with your e-mail.

Signing up for E-Statements:
Select enroll to complete the E-Statements Enrollment Form and begin receiving your statements electronically. You will need to provide us with an e-mail address and choose the accounts that you wish to enroll.

To begin taking advantage of Bank Forward’s E-statements, you will need a computer, internet access that supports 128-bit encryption, a personal e-mail address that supports attachments, and Adobe Acrobat Reader software (version 5.0 or higher). You may download the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here. You do not need a Bank Forward Online Banking account.
After your request for E-statements, we will complete your enrollment within 5 business days, and your next statements will be delivered electronically.

Changes to my E-statement Services:
You can request changes to your E-statement services simply by completing the E-Statement Change Request Form. Please allow all changes to be processed within 5 business days. You may use this form to request changes to your e-mail address, password, add or delete accounts from your E-Statements service, or cancel the service.

Statement Disclosures:
You may access the Error Notice about your Electronic Transfers or the Disclosure to Checkmate Overdraft Protection, Home Equity Line of Credit, and Personal Security Line Customers here. These notices were previously included on the reverse side of your statement. You may also review the E-Statements Terms of Use to review the specific information on our E-Statements Service.

If you have any questions about our E-Statements service, please contact your local branch, or contact us by e-mail. Please note that any message sent using this feature is transmitted via normal e-mail, and is not encrypted. Please do not include any confidential information, such as account numbers or details, social security numbers or any other information you want kept confidential.
